ALL ITEMS ARE OFFICIAL.PRE-ORDER:
All items are for pre-order unless stated on-hand.ORDER PROCESS:
After submitting the order form, Order Confirmation and Payment Details will be sent via email within twenty-four (24) hours.CANCELLATION OF ORDERS:
Strictly no cancellation of order once the order form has been submitted. Please be 101% sure before submitting the order form. Bogus Buyers/Joy Reservers will be posted on our SNS accounts and will be banned from ordering from our shop.PAYMENTS:
Depending on the item/group order, we either ask for a 50% down payment within 24 hours of ordering and the balance on or before the Deadline of Payment (DOP) or full payment within 24 hours. Please check the DOP indicated in the item details section below.In case we are unable to secure your item due to early out-of-stock, full payment will be refunded.SHIPPING SCHEDULE:
All items are shipped from South Korea via sea cargo. The estimated time of arrival is 4-6 weeks after the pick up of the box from our KR address.Shipment updates will be posted on our website, and will also be sent via email.Once items have been delivered to our PH address, please give us 3-7 days to pack all orders. We will do our best to have all orders shipped out as soon as possible.SHIPMENT TIMELINE (Normal ETA):
Pre-Order (start of GO; ends before release date) → Release Date → Shipping to KR address (ship out from supplier — 5-7 days after the release date, plus 3-5 days delivery to KR address) → Arrival in KR address (wait for the box to be full/packing of the box — 7-14 days) → Pick Up of Box by forwarder → Loading Date (3-5 days after Pick Up Date) → Departure of the box from KR (3-5 days after Loading Date) → In transit to PH (7-14 days) → Customs Clearance (7-10 business days) → Release from Customs/Arrival in Manila warehouse → Delivery to PH address (7-10 days)The above timeline is only an estimate. We will not be held responsible for any delay that arises out of any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control. We will do our best to have your items arrive within the estimated arrival.CHANGE OF SHIPPING DETAILS:

We make sure that all items are in good condition before shipping. In case you received the wrong item/damaged item/incomplete order, please contact us within twenty-four (24) hours upon receiving your order. Please provide us a clear/unedited unboxing video starting from unwrapping the outer packaging.NO UNBOXING VIDEO = NO RETURN/REFUNDHALLYU ATTIC PH HAS THE RIGHT TO CANCEL ORDERS IF THE CUSTOMER IS RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, AND UNRESPONSIVE.The outer case is just for protecting goods. Scratches and/or discoloration on the case can not be the reason for exchanging or returning.We will not be held liable for any missing inclusion if the album/item was given to you in sealed condition.Hallyu Attic PH will not be liable for any damages due to shipping.
